Weather Station Project
During my undergraduate studies, I had the invaluable opportunity to lead a team in the Electronics Society for an ambitious project: building a weather station on an extremely tight budget of just $12 (INR 1000/-). This experience was not only a test of our technical skills but also a profound learning journey in teamwork, innovation, and resourcefulness. Our goal was simple yet demanding: to integrate multiple weather sensors with an ESP32 and display the readings effectively. Despite the constraint, we managed to blend our collective expertise in electronics and software programming to bring this idea to life. My role involved coordinating the team's efforts, ensuring that each member's strengths were optimally utilized. We dedicated hours to meticulous soldering and programming, learning from each other and overcoming obstacles collaboratively. This project was a testament to the power of teamwork and creative problem-solving. I am immensely grateful for the trust my team placed in me and for the lessons we learned together. It showcased the importance of adaptability and ingenuity, especially when working with limited resources. Reflecting on this project, I feel it significantly contributed to my growth as an engineer and a leader, reaffirming my passion for robotics and engineering, and instilling a deep appreciation for collaborative effort and innovative thinking.
